1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

2. Non-returnable items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products

  • Health and personal care items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@monsale.shop.

5. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact our support team to receive the return address and instructions.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
